Биография

Ирландия, 1976 год. На доске объявлений в одной из школ Дублина появляется исписанный от руки лист бумаги: Ларри Маллен (Larry Mullen) ищет компаньонов для создания рок-группы. На этот нескромный крик души отозвались трое юношей, которых вела не иначе как сама судьба. Звали их Пол Хьюсон (Paul Hewson), будущий вокалист Bono, Дэвид Эванс (David Evans), будущий гитарист The Edge, и басист Адам Клейтон (Adam Clayton). Перепробовав несколько названий, четверка в конце концов останавливается на коротком, но решительном U2.
